"I received this hood knowing that the daunting task of runnning the ventilation duct had to come before I could see how well it worked. Many hours of drilling, hammering, and chiseling away at 2 layers of brick later, I was able to look at the install of the hood. Installation is quick and easy. After the install, the button did not do what they were supposed to. Talk about frustrated! All is well though. I called Zepyr and described the problem. The gentleman helping me decided it was the circuit board and sent a new one to the nearest authorized repair tech and it was repaired within a few days. So, the hood works great. The lighting is nice and bright, the fans suck, and I like the dimmable lights and delay functions. Good hood for a nice price. Construction is durable and i think it should last a long time. For those of you who might be looking at noise levels, it is moderate level of noise on high. I would recommend this product."
