great fan for the money

"I looked at several fans before settling on this one. I needed to replace two older fans that were 50cfm units (minimum allowable when built) and were not clearing the steam from the room after a shower. I settled on these based mostly on cost, as the best price on a 100 cfm model. I was pleased with the construction, installation was fairly easy, and they keep the room clear enough during a shower that the mirrors don't fog. They are slightly quiter then the 50 cfm units I replaced, but not as quiet as the Nutone unit (at twice the cost) For the savings, I was willing to sacrifice a bit on the noise level. All in all, I am pleased with this fan!"
